Services and Pricing

Every project is scoped based on what you actually need, so there is no single price. A straightforward brochure site for a trades business typically starts in the $2,500 to $4,500 range. More complex builds with custom functionality, large portfolios, or eCommerce run higher. We give you a clear, itemized proposal before anything starts so there are no surprises.
We build on WordPress with Beaver Builder. WordPress powers over 40% of all websites on the internet and gives you full ownership and portability. You are not locked into a proprietary platform you cannot take with you if you ever want to move on.
Yes, completely. You own the domain, the hosting account, and every file on the site. We do not hold anything hostage. If you ever wanted to move to a different agency or manage it yourself, you can. This is one of the reasons we build on WordPress rather than proprietary platforms that lock you in.
A standard trades or contractor website typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. The timeline depends on how quickly you can provide content, images, and feedback. Larger or more complex builds run longer. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and stick to it.
Yes. We write all the page copy as part of the build. We have been working with trades and contractor businesses for over 20 years so we understand how to write for your industry, your customers, and the search terms that drive leads. You review and approve everything before it goes live.
Every site we build is fully mobile-responsive and tested across devices. More than half of all web traffic is mobile, and Google ranks mobile experience as a core ranking factor. Mobile optimization is not an add-on, it is built into every project from the start.
Yes. Website redesigns are a significant part of what we do. Whether your current site is outdated, slow, not converting, or was built on a platform you have outgrown, we can assess what you have and rebuild it properly. In most cases we migrate your existing content so nothing is lost.
SEO

SEO Services
and How It Works

SEO is not a quick fix. For most contractor businesses in competitive markets, you can expect to see meaningful movement in 3 to 6 months, with stronger results building through months 6 to 12. Brand new websites take longer than established ones. Anyone promising page one rankings in 30 days is not being straight with you.
Our SEO work covers keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, local SEO and Google Business Profile setup, city and service area pages, content strategy, internal linking, and monthly rank tracking and reporting. The scope varies depending on your market and goals, which is why we build a custom proposal for each client.
Local SEO is the process of getting your business to show up when customers in your service area search for your trade. For contractors, this means ranking in Google Maps, appearing in the local 3-pack for searches like "electrician Winnipeg" or "HVAC contractor Toronto," and having city-specific pages that signal your service territory to Google. It is the highest-value SEO work most trades businesses can do.
Referrals are valuable but they have a ceiling. SEO generates inbound leads from people who have never heard of you, which expands your customer base rather than just recycling it. Most contractors who rely entirely on referrals find that when referrals slow down, so does their business. SEO creates a lead channel that compounds over time and does not depend on who your existing customers know.
Yes. We assess your current site, identify what is working and what is holding you back, and build an optimization plan from there. Some platforms are harder to optimize than others. If your site has fundamental structural issues we will be upfront about whether it makes more sense to optimize what is there or rebuild it properly.
Your Google Business Profile is the listing that shows up in Google Maps and the local 3-pack when someone searches for your services nearby. For contractors, it is one of the most important pieces of your online presence. If it is incomplete, unoptimized, or missing entirely, you are invisible in local search. We set it up and optimize it as part of our local SEO work.
Care Plans

Ongoing Support
and Care Plans

A care plan is a monthly service that keeps your website secure, up to date, backed up, and running properly. WordPress sites require regular plugin and theme updates, security monitoring, and maintenance to stay healthy. Without it, sites can become vulnerable to security issues, break after updates, or accumulate technical problems that hurt performance and rankings.
Our care plans include WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates, daily offsite backups, uptime monitoring, security scanning, performance checks, and a set number of content update hours per month depending on your plan level. Higher tier plans include priority support and additional development time for changes and additions.
No, it is not mandatory. But most clients choose to stay on one because managing WordPress updates and backups yourself takes time, and a single bad update or security breach can take a site down entirely. We strongly recommend it, but the decision is yours. We will hand you everything you need to manage it yourself if you prefer.
Yes, at any time. If your needs change, your plan can change with them. There is no penalty for adjusting your plan level, and we will always tell you honestly if we think you are on more or less than you actually need.
Working With Us

Process, Timeline,
and What to Expect

Fill out the project form with details about your business, what you are looking for, and your timeline. We will review it and get back to you within one business day. If it looks like a good fit we will set up a call to go deeper, then put together a clear proposal with no obligation to proceed.
Yes. We serve clients across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. We have been doing this remotely for over 20 years and have processes that work regardless of where you are located. Time zone differences have never been a problem.
We specialize in trades and contractor businesses. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, general contracting, construction, heavy equipment, landscaping, and mechanical contractors are the core of what we do. We have spent 20 years working in these industries and understand them at a level that generalist agencies do not.
Every project includes a set number of revision rounds outlined in your proposal. We present work in stages, collect your feedback, and revise from there. We would rather get it right than rush it. If a project requires revisions beyond scope we will flag that before doing the work so you are never surprised by an invoice.
To kick off a project we typically need your logo files, any existing brand guidelines or colours, photos of your work or team if you have them, a list of services you offer, and the cities or regions you serve. We handle everything else including copy, layout, and technical setup. The more you can give us upfront, the faster the build goes.
Yes. Standard projects are split into milestone payments, typically 50% to start and 50% on completion. For larger projects we can structure payments across more milestones. We are straightforward about money and do not hide fees. Everything is spelled out in the proposal before you commit to anything.
